This new 5.8-meter-wide three-layer cast polypropylene film production line integrates automatic conveying of multi-component weight weighing of raw materials; an extrusion unit that matches the viscosity and rheological properties of raw materials; a multi-layer co-extrusion shunt channel system and an automatic die head unit; a fully automatic film thickness measurement system coupled with the production line control system; a high-performance shock-proof casting station equipped with a static voltage edge device, a cold air box, and an air knife; a trimming and edge strip on-line recycling unit to ensure the full utilization of raw materials; a heavy-duty high-speed turret film winder, which can directly wind elastic film reels at high speed. The reel adopts AC servo drive to control the tension, and the winding changeover uses a cutting knife to cut the film at a right angle. Electrostatic winding technology is applied to the new core without folding. The winding changeover speed is fast and stable and reliable, with almost no turret waste film generated.
The production line is equipped with 4 extruders, with an extrusion capacity of more than 2,000 kg per hour. In addition, the production line can produce composite films or aluminized base films with a thickness of 18 - 100 μm, and the maximum production speed is as high as 280 m/min. At the same time, it has an astonishing production capacity of more than 40 tons per day, fully meeting the large-scale production needs of various industries such as food, electronics, and daily chemicals.
